Booking Terms Manor House Self Catering Suites

These Booking Terms are between MANOR HOUSE SELF CATERING Suites, 21 Limmer Lane, Felpham, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO22 7ET (‘We’/’Us’/’Our’) and the person or legal entity making the Booking (‘You/Your’).
Bookings are made and a contract between You and Us comes into effect when We accept a reservation from You. We will accept a reservation when We have confirmed Your reservation and received a deposit equivalent to the value of the first night stay. Full Payment is required four weeks prior to booking. Bookings made within four weeks of stay should be paid in full at time of booking.
All and any details required for the booking should be supplied.
If You cancel Your Booking within two days of the check in day You will be charged the full amount of Your booking,
If You have paid a deposit equivalent to the value of the first night and cancel Your Booking within 48 hours as outlined above, You agree that the accommodation business named above can contact You to arrange payment of the balance outstanding on the Booking.
If You need to cancel Your Booking within two weeks of booking Your deposit will not be returned. If you cancel Your Booking with more than two weeks notice a full-refund will be given .
To amend or Cancel Your Booking, call the accommodation business directly using the number contained within the Booking Confirmation. If You amend Your Booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, and as a result You cancel any room night with less than 48 hours notice the cancellation conditions outlined above will apply.
Security Deposit A security deposit for all booking of any duration is required of £250. A credit card number is an acceptable for a deposit with no funds being taken. But an agreement that should it be required, a £250 deposit is available for certain damage.
Conditions of stay
We reserve the right to terminate Your Booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where You engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests at the Manor House or neighbours. For the avoidance of doubt this includes being rude or abusive in any way to the accommodation businesses’ staff or neighbours.
Other than for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or misrepresentation, Our total liability to You is limited to the price of the Booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will We be responsible for any indirect or special damages.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Manor House, including any damage to their property by Your act, omission, default or neglect and You agree to pay the Manor House on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.
We will not pass your details on you any third party.
If you wish to make a complaint, you may contact us by telephone, email or letter. Wherever possible, complaints will be dealt with promptly, and You will receive a response within 14 working days.
