Manor House Self Catering Suites Updated: 31th January 2013 These Booking Terms are between MANOR HOUSE SELF CATERING Suites, 21 Limmer Lane, Felpham, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO22 7ET (‘We’/’Us’/’Our’) and the person or legal entity making the Booking (‘You/Your’).
Reservations and Payment
Bookings are made and a contract between You and Us comes into effect when We accept a reservation from You. We will accept a reservation when We have confirmed Your reservation and received 50% of payment.
Full Payment may be taken from four weeks prior to Stay. Payment in full is required prior to arrival to release the ACCESS CODE to you for checkin.
Bookings made within four weeks of stay should be paid in full at time of booking.
All and any details required for the booking should be supplied.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 4 week(s) and 2 day(s) before 16:00 on the day of check in free of charge. Bookings cancelled less than 4 week(s) and 2 day(s) before 16:00 on the day of check in will incur a charge of 25% of the booking total. Bookings cancelled less than 2 week(s) before 16:00 on the day of check in will incur a charge of 50% of the booking total.

To amend or Cancel Your Booking, call the accommodation business directly on using the number contained within the Booking Confirmation. If You amend Your Booking within 4 week(s) and 2 day(s) before 16:00 on the day of check in, and as a result you cancel any room night, the cancellation conditions outlined above will apply.
A security deposit for all booking of any duration is required of £250. A credit card number is an acceptable for a deposit with no funds being taken. But an agreement that should it be required, a £250 deposit is available for certain damage and loss of key.
Conditions of stay
We reserve the right to terminate Your Booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where You engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests at the Manor House or neighbours. For the avoidance of doubt this includes being rude or abusive in any way to the accommodation businesses’ staff , other guests or property neighbours.
Other than for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or misrepresentation, Our total liability to You is limited to the price of the Booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will We be responsible for any indirect or special damages. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Manor House, including any damage to their property by Your act, omission, default or neglect and You agree to pay the Manor House on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.
Data protection We will not pass your details on you any third party.
Complaints Procedure If you wish to make a complaint, you may contact us directly by telephone, email or letter. Wherever possible, complaints will be dealt with promptly, and You will receive a response within 30 working days.
