FAQ

In order that you fully understand the accomodation, we have put together some of the frequently asked questions we have received from previous guest. This is not an exhaustive list, and should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us, but hopefully it may answer a few questions that may have arisen.

Can you explain what services are provided as self- catering?

We provide fully furnished , self catering apartments.  Each apartment contains a fully functioning Kitchen, including, Sink, Dishwasher, Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge & Freezer and Dining Area. A full range of cooking utensils are also provided.

Condiments

We do not offer any of condiments as often people are unfomfotable with opened products not to mention that this could prove to be an ever ending list and we would be unable to cater for so many varied cooking options.

We are fortunate to have a wide range of local shops available for your cooking ingredients.

Do you have a concierge service and reception?

The apartments and the Twim room are self access accommodation, hence there is no reception or concierge service.   However we are only a email, text or phone call away should you have any issues throughout your stay during office  hours plus.  In the unexpectedand and unfortunate circumstances of an emergency out of hours -follow instruction in the guest information book.

We have endeavoured to provide accommodation that allows guests to enjoy privacy with minimum intervention.

Is their off street parking?

We provide off street parking for a small number of cars.  The car park is secured by an electronic gate that can be accessed only by entering a key code combination. (The code will be provided to guests following payment in full) .  One  or two car parking spaces can be requested.  The car parking facility can be utilised for the entirety of your stay.

How do I access the property? Can I park on Limmer Lane?

The house dates back to 1790 and faces out onto Limmer Lane. Whilst not a busy road, it does not provide a pavement or a lay-by and so parking here to gain access to the property is not recommended.

We would advise parking  in our guest car park (accessed via the electronic gate on The Grove) and that guests then access the property via the Guest path that runs along the outside of the grounds, round the front of the house and up the flagstone steps to the key safe, where a key can be obtained that will allow access to the house and your apartment.

Are there laundry Facilities?

Yes we provide communal laundry facilities. These are located on the ground floor, near the guest entrance to the property.

Taxi Service?

The village of Felpham is a 5 minute walk and also has a local taxi service. They will be able to provide you with details of fares and times to various local events and establishments.

Where are you located in relation to…….?

We are situated in the village of Felpham. Bognor Regis is less then 2 miles away. with Littlehampton approx 4miles. Chichester is 6 miles away (approx 20minute drive)

The local beach is  5 minute Walk

Reviews?

Although we do appreciate online reviews, we would much prefer direct feedback concerning your stay, and communication should there be any questions that arise, so that we may be able to assist and make your stay more enjoyable. Although it is self-catered, we appreciate there may be certain issues that arise during your stay, so please contact us to let us know how we can be of more assistance. Although we are able to act upon the online reviews that have been made after a stay, we would much rather be able to assist in real time.

We are constantly trying to improve our accommodation and service, and part of this is providing various offers though out the year.
